My name is Natalie Carter, I am a proud San Diego native, providing my community with affordable and knowledgeable HR support. I have spent most of my professional career in day to day operations, management and in the last 8 years specializing in all things HR. I am a HR Business Partner for two software engineering companies meanwhile owning my own HR consulting business. I focus first on compliance then, largely on enforcing company culture while driving new initiatives to improve efficiencies and bottom line profits while always making employee engagement a top priority. I have worked for startups, small to midsize businesses and nationwide corporate companies ranging in all different industries.

Outside of being an HR junky, I spend any free time in the gym lifting, boxing, eating the same thing at different restaurants and of course enjoying the company of friends and family.
