Exclusive to NCHR-SD, Leadership Roundtable (LR) is designed to provide Senior HR practitioners an opportunity to learn, network, give and offer peer members insights into current and complex issues in a confidential and safe environment. Navigating the pace of change within businesses today is hard enough, we don't have to do it alone.
This member led community is committed to an environment that encourages honest, open and candid, and courageous conversations. All LR Member participants are asked to attend with an intention to be generous in sharing your knowledge, to build mutual, authentic connections and a commitment to honor the confidentiality of this special space for senior HR leaders in this community.
Leadership Roundtable meets quarterly, rotating between morning, afternoon, and more social events. Additionally, we hold an annual year end social event for Leadership Roundtable members that anyone who has attended any of the Leadership Roundtable events during the prior year will be invitied to attend.
