Leadership Roundtable (LR) meets quarterly, to provide a ledership community and focused discussion opportuniities for NCHR-SD Members. In order to attend or be a guest with the cohort, an HR professional will need to meet a minimum of 8+ years of experience leading an internal HR function and be an active HR Practitioner. Today, HR Practiitioners come both as internal leaders and expert consultants. In order to maintain the intended peer space for HR leadres, we will adhere to a guideline of maintaining a maximum of 20% consultant practitioner members. Guests are welcome to join twice befor becoming a paid member of NCHR. For any questions, please contact Leadership Roundtable Chair Jamie Jacobs.

Leadership Roundtable meets quarterly, rotating between morning, afternoon, and more social events. Additionally, we hold an annual year end social event for Leadership Roundtable members that anyone who has attended any of the Leadership Roundtable events during the prior year will be invited to attend. Please refer to our calendar of events for exact dates.

Refund policy:  If an event was paid for, but not attended, we will require a 48-hour notice to receive a credit for a future meeting.  Please email membershipservices@nchrsd.org.
