November Legal Update: Hot Topics You Need to Know About

California employment law has evolved and expanded in 2021, and HR professionals must stay current to keep companies in compliance. Join us for a mid-year employment law update presented by attorneys Lou Storrow and Chris Olmsted. As the pandemic winds down, they will review which federal, state and local workplace laws, regulations and agency guidance remain in effect. The presentation will also cover recent court decisions addressing California wage and hour compliance, as well as discrimination, leave rights, and other current topics. The attorneys will also highlight new employment law legislation pending in Sacramento. This interactive presentation will include time for Q & A.
