HR Heart to Heart - Networking Social Hour

We’re excited to kick off our new Transition Group this year with North County HR-SD!

This group is designed to be a truly collaborative space—one where you can openly share your challenges, celebrate your wins, and connect with others navigating change in their careers and lives.

Our first gathering will be our Heart-to-Heart Event on February 12th—and you do not need to be in transition to attend! This event is open to anyone who wants to connect, build community, and engage with like-minded professionals in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Have open roles at your company? We’d especially love for you to join us. This event is sure to be swimming with talent and is a great opportunity to meet incredible professionals and make meaningful connections.

For those who choose to become members of NCHR-SD and join the Transition Group, we’ll keep the momentum going with quarterly Zoom meetups throughout the year, offering practical tips, shared experiences, and support to help you confidently navigate this season of transition.
