We all know that life is stressful, but sometimes we don’t recognize when our own stresses are triggered. As HR Professionals and Business Leaders, it’s our job to hold everything together and reduce anxiety for others. And in order to do that we need to take care of ourselves first.
In this interactive workshop, Chris O’Callaghan will utilize world-class research from the Human Performance Institute to explore actionable plans for building resilience. Chris will guide us through a simple framework to explain core principles of personal resilience, identify stress cues, and build a toolkit of recovery strategies matched to the different types of stressors.
