Join us for NCHRSD’s annual employment law update! We will review new laws enacted for 2023, including pay transparency, marijuana rights, minimum wage, privacy rights, fast food industry regulations, and much more. We will also review key 2022 court decisions affecting California employers in the areas of wage and hour, wrongful termination, and discrimination.

NCHRSD’s Legislative Chair, Chris Olmsted, will be joined by Lou Storrow and Jenna Leyton-Jones in this 90-minute discussion on what we should expect and how to prepare for legal requirements in the new year.
