Our July panelists who had attended the SHRM Convention in New Orleans reported on company energy for initiatives to drive DEI into culture, to move from policy and programs to making DEI a vital part of the company DNA. The corporate DEI conversation may not always be easy or change efforts readily embraced. Yet, the time is right for HR to take leadership action toward a culture with a DEI signature.
