Our July panelists who had attended the SHRM Convention in New Orleans reported on company energy for initiatives to drive DEI into culture, to move from policy and programs to making DEI a vital part of the company DNA. The corporate DEI conversation may not always be easy or change efforts readily embraced. Yet, the time is right for HR to take leadership action toward a culture with a DEI signature.  Come join the discussion on how to move from talk to walk.

Curtis enables positive strategic or culture change through proven disruptive techniques and has worked with 2/3 of the Fortune 50 companies. He founded LeadSelf and is on the faculty of Center for Creative Leadership. He earned his MBA at Lindenwood University.
