Benefits Fair

We are all competing to attract and retain talent. Remote work, flexibility, and compensation are motivators – but what are some more creative options?

In our July meeting representatives from various service/program providers will introduce you to benefits that speak to your employees needs beyond medical/dental/retirement. Based on the highest interest shown in our recent survey, participants will learn about programs that can help employees with financial wellness, childcare, benefits customization, and much more. While you enjoy your lunch, plan experts will come to your table tell you about their offerings and how organizations are using them to develop personalized engagement strategies. Afterward, there will be time to converse with vendors one-on-one about your company’s specific needs.

This program is eligible for both HRCI and SHRM recertification credits.
