As we continue to reimagine HR with constant change, employees going back into the office, employee turnover, our next event builds on our last two luncheons where we covered employee burnout and emotional intelligence. We are shifting our usual Luncheon to a Leadership Training followed by an early Happy Hour!

Join us outside for an experiential afternoon where you will have the chance to play with different dimensions of leadership while learning how to build trust and psychological safety… followed by happy hour with your peers!

The last two years are compelling us to take a hard look at recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of talent. If 2021 was about navigating change and coming up with solutions, then 2022 is the time to lead this change.
