Alessandra Wall, Ph.D. is an HR Leader and uniquely, a Clinical Psychologist. Alessandra will be leading our NRCH-SD beachside chat joined by Patti Welch, Vice President of Human Resources for MagnaFlow, a privately-held manufacturer based in Oceanside, CA with a total of 6 manufacturing and distribution locations in Georgia and Mexico. Patti is also a long-time member of NCHR-SD.
