ROUNDTABLE: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
These days, employees want work-life synergy, not work-life balance. Work-life synergy is a mutually beneficial relationship between your personal and work life, where both complement the other. As such, wellness in the workplace goes well beyond onsite gyms and gym memberships. Employers must invest in their staff’s well-being on all facets. This includes physical, mental, and financial well-being. Find out how creating this type of employee experience can impact your company in significant ways. Our February roundtable facilitators, Stephanie Clausen and Janet Mainenti, will discuss the ways in which their organization, MyPoint Credit Union, works with their staff to create a synergistic environment for work and life outside of the organizational walls, inspiring ‘whole-being’ wellness.
