Whether an organization has one or many staffers working from home or elsewhere, the company’s objective remains the same: deliver a desirable workplace destination. There are many obstacles that an organization must overcome when employing remote workers, including maintaining company culture, providing quality technology and balancing external and internal mobility. Even lagging industries like law and accounting firms are “all-in” on trying to create a winning strategy to attract top talent for all organizational functions.
Our November roundtable facilitator, Kasey Garcia, will address these urgent workplace management matters. Kasey is an expert workplace strategist and currently serves as Senior Manager, Workplace, with CBRE. Prior to CBRE, she was a Practice Management Associate with Axiom. Kasey’s BA is in East Asian Studies from Yale, and she speaks English, French and Japanese. She recently impressed San Diego audiences with CBRE’s technical talent research results and is eager to relate how organizations can move quickly to institute workplace attractors for an ever-shrinking talent pool.
