Molly has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field in organizations that vary in size and industry. Her background includes development of job descriptions, full cycle recruiting, creation of company handbooks and newsletters, policy development, program implementation, performance feedback, management coaching, and employee relations. She is an innovative problem-solver, with proven success in implementing win-win scenarios in difficult situations.

Molly was raised in southern California and has been a happy resident of San Diego for more than 30 years. Her top Clifton Strength is Connectedness, and she believes that we all have an impact by just participating.

Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University, a certificate in Human Resources Management from SDSU Extended Studies, her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University, and is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional through HRCI.

In her free time, Molly enjoys yoga, hiking, learning about and tasting wine, and the company of family, good friends, and her cat.
