Jolene is a lead compensation consultant with 8+ of experience partnering with Human Resources leaders and executive teams as a strategic advisor. Her work focuses on helping  organizations prepare for future growth by aligning career paths, job structures, and market   pricing in ways that are both competitive and sustainable in today’s workforce. 

She brings deep expertise in building compensation philosophies, strategies, and structures, including executive compensation studies, career track design, job architecture and global pay practice valuation. Jolene has supported organizations of all sizes, from high-growth startups tolarge enterprises, across a wide range of industries.

A San Diego native and proud Aztec, Jolene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Leadership from San Diego  State University. She also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
