Throughout my career, I have built impactful, high performing teams and thriving cultures in Fortune 50 companies and fast-growing startups, and have co-authored an award-winning book on designing exceptional organizational cultures. I love building and transforming HR Teams and organizational cultures that drive business strategies. Diagnosing root causes and helping solve them is one of my favorite things to do. It's my honor to serve as an Advisory Board Member at Ascent Funding and as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California.
