Stephanie Gatlin is passionate about talent development, aligning with leadership to attract, retain, advance and support people. She’s been a human resources professional for almost 20 years, with her career starting off in recruiting nurses for travel assignments.

She has a habit of saying, ‘it takes a village’ as she believes it’s tricky to individually succeed. It’s about acknowledging everyone’s role in the success.

She was born and raised in North County and lived in many other beach communities, but recently moved back to Carlsbad to settle in the village by the sea. She is excited to be working in biotech and building her professional career in San Diego.

When not working, you can find her walking along the beach with her husband, sipping a new brew at one of the local breweries or sweating in a jazzercise class.
