Tracey Corea brings over 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources to her role as Treasurer for NCHR-SD. Specializing in HR guidance for start-ups and growing companies, Tracey has a robust background in various industries, including high-tech software, biotechnology, medical devices, and hospitality. Her expertise spans across US and European markets, ensuring compliance with labor laws and helping businesses navigate complex HR challenges.

Tracey holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, San Bernardino, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM (SHRM-SCP). Her commitment extends beyond professional realms into community service, where she actively supports military, special needs, homelessness, animal welfare, and youth initiatives in North County San Diego.

As a dedicated HR professional and community volunteer, Tracey's leadership ensures our organization and its members thrive in a compliant and successful environment.
