As a Human Resources leader, Erin Braly is responsible for employee-related initiatives that ensure organizations recruit, develop and retain a diverse, friendly and uniquely talented team. After graduating with a B.S. in Business from California State University Northridge, Erin went on to earn a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University which fostered her passion for people operations and leadership. Erin has over 15 years of experience serving employees in key people operations and leadership roles at rapidly growing companies in San Diego. Partnering with employees to progress their careers, driving engagement and fostering an employee centric culture is paramount to Erin.
