When you consider the leaders and organizations that are going to be successful 5, 10, 20 years from now, what characteristics do they share? The short list includes being growth oriented, open minded, tech savvy, and agile. Acknowledging this, a fundamental question becomes: how do we develop these characteristics personally and organizationally now to ensure our future success? The answer comes down to the leaders’ and organizations’ mindsets. Unfortunately, only 5% of leaders currently possess the mindsets that are most conducive to both current and future success.

In this session, Ryan Gottfredson, will help attendees: (1) understand the power and importance of mindsets in leader and organizational success, (2) identify the specific mindsets that drive leader and organizational success, (3) awaken to their own personal mindsets through the use of a free personal mindset assessment,and (4) harness the power of mindsets to ensure future success.
