Entrepreneurship, Lasting Relationships, Community.

At age five, Nancy and her family immigrated to the United States. Nancy was exposed to sales and marketing at the age of 9 as she translated for her father to his clients in the family’s landscape business. Nancy used her entrepreneurial skills acquired at an early age and as a student attending University of California San Diego, Nancy started and managed a painting business to support herself through graduation.

Nancy then followed her dream and relocated to New York City where she began a successful 8-year career in Commercial Real Estate in one of the most competitive Real Estate markets in the World and later owned a consulting arm in Franchise Sales.

Venturing back the Southern California to be close to family, Nancy’s grit continues.  As “human talent broker” in an Enterprise Business Development role, Nancy is a problem-solver with a natural curiosity to learn about people; what drives them, their intentions, and what makes them happy.  She uses these skills to match companies to people (talent).

Nancy spends her off-time, at the beach watching her boys surf. She enjoys CrossFit and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.  Her family loves to travel, movies and long beach walks.  Nancy loves being around great people who share her same passion for life, family, friends and positivity.
